hi, i am a dot net developer and i am working with a company but i am not getting better growth what should i do and i have 1 eyear exp.

Bijendra what you mean by growth either technical or financial? If it's mean financial growth then please don't more care about that at this experience, if that is survival. But if your mean is technical growth then you must think. Like you are not getting chance to learn new technologies or work. Because as per my understanding till 3 Years is very important as learning point of view.Your this time is to make your skills strength & development understanding better.

What does mean better growth as per you. List down those things which you looking to be in next 5 years.

Like Do you want to be windows app dev, web developer, services, what to work on cloud based or embedded.
Look for Domain in which you want to grow.
What you want to be in future. Software Architect, Entrepreneur or management.
So make a list of companies which can suit these apply for those. If you going for interview check the company is service based or product based. check if they want you to work for maintenance of product or work on project from scratch.

Best way to learn things from your own and implement those in your project.

Changing job is not the solution. You have to be self learner. Because projects get changed time to time and you can like one project and another you don't. So what ever you are working on if you can do that with cutting edge technologies then suggest to your seniors they will be happy if it helps in the project.
