Difference Between 2 dates using Ajax Calender Extender

Hi all...

I need the following-

Date1 - Jan-2001.

Date2 - Sep-2001.

Total Months between these two dates - i.e. 10months from Jan to Sep.

I need this using Ajax Calender Extender Control.

Please help... Its really urgent...
