Can anyone tell what is the Difference between Oracle and Sql?

You need to understand that "SQL" is a standard language. SQL is not software. There are thousands of software that use SQL as an interface to databases. Oracle and SQL Server are two of the thousands. Oracle uses SQL. Do you mean to ask what the differences are between Oracle and SQL Server? If so then you have one article and I am sure you can find many more if you search. If not and if you still do not understand, then please clarify what you are unclear about.
