Different between ASP .NET and C Sharp security

I am doing seminar regarding C Sharp security features, but feeling confuse between the security features provided by ASP .NET and C Sharp?

Is it actually the same? Looking for HELP!! THanks!!

I think you might have to look in terms of web security and windows security into consideration as C# code can be used for both. Security in .NET is a generic term and you can implement it using C# or VB.NET and it can be implemented in both web and windows applications.
