display all controls on my page when page run on server

It seems that you are changing the visibility of controls and client side. If my understanding is correct then you need to follow following steps for the same.

- When you hide any control at client side using JavaScript / jQuery and postback the page all controls which are shown on your first page hit will be shown.

- You need to write your JavaScript code in such a way that you should be able to maintain the state of the controls from client side as well as server side. So you need to introduce additional hidden fields in your page through which you will be able to handle the visibility of controls. When you change the visibility of any control through client side you can change the value of the corresponding hidden field. Server side code should check the value of hidden field at the time of loading of page and accordingly set the visibility of corresponding control.
