Display image in Crystal report

hay everyone ?

im developing a simple system but this system needs to display a picture in crystal report .

highlight of my system

im using MySql 5.1 as a back end (DB) and VB.net 2008 as a front end and i store a picture path in the data base and i need to display it in the crystal report. so if any one knows how to pls help its urgent ?
