displaying and saving values in a third party application from my application in asp.net and c#

I have a asp.net application with c# in which I am reading excel values.I need to display these values in a different third party application (which source code I dont have) and also to save those values in that third party application.please help me its very urgent.

We have only the setup file i mean exe of that application nothing else.my MD is saying afor using DDE(dynamic data exchange) but when i google for this I found that DDE is not supported in asp.net now.plse help me guys its urgent

Check the 3rd party application documentation for any API for doing the same.
