Displaying realtime data in clients

I want to develop a realtime web application. The server will read realtime udp data from a hardware device. This realtime data i want to show on web browsers. Please suggest how it can be done. I have recently read about SignalR Hub. But i am not able to use it. What should be the architecture of the application. Will it be completely a web application or a combination of web and standalone application.

@Sachin Singh please clarify that the type of application will be Web Application or a windows forms application. I am able to read the data from UDP socket in windows application using timer but I want to display my data in web clients.

You can choose MVC/Core+SignalR ,
first select your platform like MVC or .Net Core and then search real time app with MVC+SignalR , you will get thousands of videos and articles.
