dll not updating in VS2013

in VS 2013 when check from VS 2013 IdE the references version is older , when checked manually by going to the path of the project in the machine the dll version is updated ,i am not knowing what is the problem is it problem with VS 2013 or dll.

If your actual path is having an updated DLL then I suspect, you might be referring it from GAC or from some other location. You can cross check the actual location of the referenced DLL using it's properties
