Does anybody know how to improve ef core performance? I have so many .Include and .ThenInclude.. Is there some alternative?

Better is to write Stored Procedures, EF Core is completely compatible with SP, multiple includes produces complex query than the simple join. Also, Design the DataAccess such that you can switch easily between ORMs, I prefer to use Dapper, it is Micro ORM but works great with SPs.

You should use AsNoTracking() if your query for read purposes. Also you can specify anonymous object to select only required properties. Your tables should have indexes on foreign keys. It's basic advice, if you share the query maybe someone will help you more. And also check how your query is translated into sql. There're some tricky things, sometimes this behaviour is implicit. It's possible that part of your data (for example, filtering) processed on the server
