I think I'm right in saying that the latest C# 6.0 beta only works with .NET 4.6, also in beta. This comes with the VS 2015 Preview or can be downloaded as a separate Preview. See:

Also there are some features of C# 6.0 which are definitely going to change in a future beta, notably string interpolation and 'using static'.
