It's not available to public. When Windows 7 was launched, the work on Windows 8 was started even before that :). I am sure some folks at Microsoft are already using Windows 8 or at least know what new features are coming in it. I wanted to get the feedback from them if anybody is involved in pre-beta releases. Usually, MVPs are.
