Don't require HEADER & FOOTER in Print Document

Hi All,
I am creating a doc. file dynamically run time using Sys UTILITY.
I m able to print the page but the problem is,
Page Number is coming in Header as well as FILE LOCATION is coming in fooeer.
Can any one suggest me , How can i avoid this??
