Hi,
I have sharepoint online 365 site.I set site environment also but when i create new user group getting below the error will be occur.
Error:
Site Action->Site Setting->Site Permission Create Group show this error

how to fix this issues?

okay,

I also create new group in Office 365 online site.

I thing My Admin Center didn't add my account in Site Collection Admin box.

It's not microsoft issue seems to be some permission issue .

I am able to create Group in my O365 sharepoint site.

I have added Site collection Admin my account
I have Created sub site and other thing also.

Can't create new Group only.

I am not admin center .

Is this Microsoft issues or Permission Issue?

could you please check with other user with same rights as yours and confirm if issue persists or not .

Also check with site collection Admin also if he/she is able to create a group or not
