Dot Net Freshers

How much a fresher should be getting is not standarized in any technology whether it is Java track or its main competence .net. For the workers, minimum daily wages is Rs 115/-day as per the Indian Government revised policy. But, this is open to state to state and sector to sector. So, let me say that there is no control for a uniform wage policy and minimum wages for each sector.
Each company comes with his own defined funda of saving her money (there are very few who do not fall in this category!). They set many types of facilities and deductions with hidden rules. They come to clean in government policies and you can't drag them for not paying you minimum wages. Monthly wages may be very little or may be nothing and they can show how much they are investing on you!!!
Agreed with Vitthal, it depends upon company.
A fresher at reputed enterprises may get a package of minimum 3Lac but a small company may be providing the same package to its senior engineer!

Just work hard, try to get place from college campus and you are on handsome package. Avoid false college campus recruitments. They may be just a show from colleges. Try yourself by learning and imparting the knowledge.

its depend on company not any qualification,i know my one of the friend he is BE and working on 5000,so its completely depend on compnay scale bu avg sal for freshers is around 12 to 15k
