DoubleClick event from Joystick

Hello!

My goal is to create a doubleclick event, from a joystick button, where I can set the milliseconds for when a boubleclick i registered.
I have managed to read the buttonclick, but dont know how to make a doubleclick event out of this.
I need some tips to how I can create and capture the event please.
