Doubt in Whidbey

I installed Whidbey beta. I am created a web application. But I was not able to find the web.config file. Can anyone tell me where it resides OR how I can edit the web.config file. Thanks in Advance

In Whidbey you have visual tools to edit configuration. I don't know where did web.config go but you can browse http://your_site_url/WebAdmin.axd to start the web administration tool. You also have a desktop application which but I can't recall the name of the executable.
