download data to bill format in Notepad

I have 3 tables in sql server related to bill payment. While bill pay, How that bill format design without using crystal reports and downloaded as notepad using Windows Application

Crystal reports are basically used for formatting and use images, parameters etc that wasn't supported by notepad, you can use StringBuilder class and write your text on that
