download pdf or mp4 video files from link and save in local file folder using asp net with c#

Example i have pdf like --
http://www.abc.com/getpat/abc.pdf
http://www.abc.com/getpat/abc.mp4

the abowe files are uploaded in my website.
that files i need to download client system.

this two files i need to store local system through c# code in asp.net.
