Hi Dinesh,
As it seems telerik grid you are using in your wpf project.
Set the property of grid like

Simply drag your column header into group area.
<telerik:RadGridView AutoGenerateColumns="True" Margin="5" Name="radGridView" AllowDrop="True" GroupRenderMode="Flat">
