Draw graph showing waveform in .net

Question

I have a text file have angle data in two columns. These datas are ten times the original data. 29 is to be taken as 2.9 while plotting. similarly 91 is taken as 9.1 while plotting.

two waveforms for each column wrt time i need to draw. all data time difference is 0.1 sec
