DropDownList Binding and Bind value storing?

Question

Hi all, Any body Know Drop down List Bind in  Mvc and Bind the value is stored to database.Tell me guys...

 

Example:Country and state binding 

 

 1)Country selected Corresponding  state is Binding to the dropdown. and next

2) This Country and state value is stored to sql database..
