Dropdownlist , repeater and arraylist

follow below approach

"rptItemsInCart" runat="server">
Mark1 Mark2
<%# Eval("Marks1") %> <%# Eval("Marks2")%>

Mark1	Mark2
<%# Eval("Marks1") %>	<%# Eval("Marks2")%>

private class StudentMarks
{
public string StudentId{ get; set; }
public string Mark1{ get; set; }
public string Mark2{ get; set; }
}
// Here you pass in the List of Products
private void BindItemsInCart(int Sid)
{
// The the LIST as the DataSource
List ListOfMarks,
this.rptItemsInCart.DataSource = StudentMarks.Where(x=>x.StudentId==Sid).ToList();
// Then bind the repeater
// The public properties become the columns of your repeater
this.rptItemsInCart.DataBind();
}
"ddlStudents" runat="server" AutoPostBack = "true" OnSelectedIndexChanged = "OnSelectedIndexChanged">
"select" Value="-1" />
protected void OnSelectedIndexChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
int sid= ddlStudents.SelectedItem.Value;
BindItemsInCart(sid);
}
void Bind dropdownlIst()
{
SqlConnection con = new SqlConnection(str);
string com = "Select * from Students";
SqlDataAdapter adpt = new SqlDataAdapter(com, con);
DataTable dt = new DataTable();
adpt.Fill(dt);
ddlStudents.DataSource = dt;
ddlStudents.DataBind();
ddlStudents.DataTextField = "Name";
ddlStudents.DataValueField = "ID";
ddlStudents.DataBind();
}

follow below approach
"rptItemsInCart" runat="server">

Mark1 Mark2
<%# Eval("Marks1") %> <%# Eval("Marks2")%>
private class StudentMarks
{
    public string StudentId{ get; set; }
    public string Mark1{ get; set; }
    public string Mark2{ get; set; }
}

// Here you pass in the List of Products
private void BindItemsInCart(int Sid)
{
    // The the LIST as the DataSource
List ListOfMarks,
    this.rptItemsInCart.DataSource = StudentMarks.Where(x=>x.StudentId==Sid).ToList();

    // Then bind the repeater
    // The public properties become the columns of your repeater
    this.rptItemsInCart.DataBind();
}

"ddlStudents" runat="server" AutoPostBack = "true" OnSelectedIndexChanged = "OnSelectedIndexChanged">
    "select" Value="-1" />

protected void OnSelectedIndexChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
  int sid=  ddlStudents.SelectedItem.Value;
BindItemsInCart(sid);

}
void Bind dropdownlIst()
{
SqlConnection con = new SqlConnection(str);
string com = "Select * from Students";
SqlDataAdapter adpt = new SqlDataAdapter(com, con);
DataTable dt = new DataTable();
adpt.Fill(dt);
ddlStudents.DataSource = dt;
ddlStudents.DataBind();
ddlStudents.DataTextField = "Name";
ddlStudents.DataValueField = "ID";
ddlStudents.DataBind();

}

Check the example mentioned in this article

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.web.ui.webcontrols.repeater?view=netframework-4.8#examples

As student's name is getting changed, you have to fetch the student's mark and update Repeater datasource and rebind it.
