ekko-lightbox image marking and adding text in image.

Question

I am using ekko-lightbox for viewing image in my asp.net core application. I need to mark the lightbox image, marking can be oval, circle, rectangle or any shape. And I need to write text inside the marking in the image and save the image. I tried to find the solution. But I haven't find yet. Can anyone help me with a proper solution? I will be thankful if anyone could provide me working solution. Thank you in advance.
