Write an else if program that shows when the hour is 0 it is midnight, when the hour is 12 it is noo, when the hour is less than 12 it is am and when the hour is greater than 12 it is pm. Your program should also tell the user when he or she enters a wrong hour that it is invalid. (8marks).
