EMAIL Functionality in Asp.Net (Framework 3.5)

I am using SMTPMAIL to send email in my website (ASP.NET 3.5) It is working fine on my localhost (my pc) but when i upload the website on my domain its throwing an error "The server rejected the sender address" Please help...
