After a long search i found  the following solution,for my case it is working

private void txtlink_KeyPress(object sender, KeyPressEventArgs e)
        {
         
            txtlink.Font = new Font(txtlink.Font, FontStyle.Underline);

                  txtlink.ForeColor = Color.Blue;
                  txtlink.Cursor = Cursors.Hand;
