Email Response with database data updation

Dear All,

I want to update the data in database through email response.
For example i want to approve certain status from mail to database
how can i achieve this functionality?
i am using outlook mail.

How can i interlink outlook and database,how do i change status in database through using outlook.

how can i add button and how to maintain event handler for that button in outlook.

when you want to maintain state you will add column status so when onButtoncLick you will send mail you will add statuss="send" and if rejection mail means back to user update=Rejected""
