Email sending on time event

I am working on event management website and i want to write a utility to send an email every day at 12 am without pressing any button when its 12 am email send automatically. How I can do this?

You can have separate .exe which you can schedule to execute as a scheduled task.

Or if you can send mail from sql server, you can have a scheduled job as well.
