Embedded vs real attachments

Hello,

I'm using the OutlookStorage-class to 'dismantle' existing MSG-files.
Now, in the attachment list I see embedded attachments as well as 'real' attachment and I only need the last one.
How can I recognize embedded attachments from real attachments ?
