Yes adding templates option is fine but that's is twice of your work :(

I tried to reinstall visual studio (repair function) and run the devenv.exe/installvstemplates command , but both of them didn't have any effect.

And i also searched in google for the reason and i found some articles about how to add templates in visual studio .

You are using Ultimate version of 2012, which should have the components.

I believe you have missed to select some of the components during installation or you due to some reasons you may re-installed the visual studio again, which may missed to installed the supportive components.

Please uninstall and re-install and check again.
