Enabling/Dissabling Items of Dropdownlist

You can't do it, the listitem has no enabled property.

I am pretty sure you cannot do that in a DropDownList, since in the end it is a simple HTML input control and only text entries with no parameters to them. Generally if something is not an option then it is not in the list. What is it you are trying to achieve?
