ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Hi,

I have trouble with I suppose IIS Express in my ASP.NET/C# web application.

When I try to execute the application the following error message will be shown:

It seems that I don't have acess to localhost on my machine!

How can I solve this?

When I try to login with username and password nothing happens.
