i want to access the database from one system to another system...when i connecting database log in failed error occured..
can anyone tell me procedure for connecting and access the database...

I think you haven't enabled remote connections by network.

as Ravi sir said..commputers must be in same network.
if still have problem then please turn-of your firewalll and check it, i think it should work.

If you want to connect database from one system to other.
Your all system is connected in same network is must.
I suggest you to please connect all system through lan or any wirless device .after that you easily access any database from any system.
