Hi Every one ,

I am getting this flow failed when an item is create in a subfolder in sharepoint document library.

Please find error below.

The API 'sharepointonline' returned an invalid response for workflow operation 'When_a_file_is_created_(properties_only)' of type 'OpenApiConnection'. Error details: 'The API operation 'GetOnNewFileItems' is missing required property 'body/value/0/Document_x0020

Hi Sowjanya, may be required property of Document Library is missing in your flow. You can set value of all required properties of document Library and check. If not solve, please check below lnks:

Correct i was missing Title Field column value.

It looks like you created the flow from the template. As a workaround, please try creating it from blank and verify if you get the same error message. sometimes the pre-defined templates does not render as expected.
