Here I am using a key word dedugger and check at the run time at the place of error
debugger;
               if (angular.isDefined($Cares.B_WrdType) && angular.isDefined($Cares.B_WrdName)) {
                   if (Editidp != '0') {

                       var len = $Cares.BedTransrows.length;
                       for (var i = 0; i < len; i++) {
                           debugger;
                           var data = $Cares.BedTransrows[i];
                           if (data.EditId == Editidp) {
                               $Cares.del_Procedure(i);
                               break;
                           }
                       }

the lines you expected as error comment and run .if the app run smothly the you able to
change the code line
