Error message showing frequently

Dear Team,

I have created one small service ( in Windows Application VB.net visual stido - 12) .

On client we run exe working properlly but showwing follwing error message frequently

The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.
