ERROR ReferenceError: $ is not defined at angular-datata

You need to add jquery in your project.

If you not installed jquery use following command to install.If allready installed jquery skip first two steps.

Add jquery file in .angular.json file

Then import it as follows in app.component.ts file.(whereever which page you have to use like this)

Then now you can use errors gone.

If you want to use bootstrap in your application or if you already have in your project, make sure to include jQuery before including the bootstrap javascript file as follows. Since bootstrap’s javascript file requires jQuery.
