Error when starting Asp.net Application
When i am starting my Asp.net Application,i am getting an error "Culture Name Uploads not supported".why this error is coming?

Delete a folder in this path givenbelow:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\8dfb04ef\44bf70fb\uploads
