Exact IP of website visitor

I successfully extracted the IP of the website visitor by following the below post
http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/scottlysle/ExternalIpAddressCSharp01202009015628AM/ExternalIpAddressCSharp.aspx
but it iz showing the IP of ISP provider not the exact location of user like my ISP is in ISLAMABAD but Im in Karachi but when I run the webpage then it shows Islamabad. Is there any solution.

OK I got your point that there is no way to know about geographical location of the machine but can I know about the exact City of visitor.

An IP address says nothing about where the computer is located geographically. That web site is providing you the exact IP address. There is no standard way to determine geographic location. The only way to determine where an IP is located within an ISP's area is to ask the ISP, or somehow have information provided by them.

You cannot be sure that someone with a lot of money cannot find the exact geographic address based on IP address but for you to do it, it might require a lot of money and even then it might be an illegal invasion of privacy.
