Excel Column reading

Question

Hi,

 

 i have a Excel that's must stored(File Upload) inside a solution folder and the column name of Excel (First Row of a excel) dynamically shown as check box or Check box list (depending upon the Excel) to user when user clicks corresponding check box the corresponding column values must shown to user. Give me some idea.
