Hi Harish, as per my understanding right side is the best way, I check you can set the custom message and number also. Suppose you have clear mention everything in custom message every buddy understand what is the issue. for example you have set the message, in coding way handle is very esay. you can ask again the clint enter your valid number. please let me know if any concern.

Thanks Manav. But can you little explain onthe code that i attached. Espeically about the custom exception that i gave in two different ways. Which is right and wrong? Each website says it in a different ways. Hence posted.
