I am new to develop a .NET application.

Created the desktop application and publish it on 32 bit win 7.

(using sql server 2008 r2 and visual studio 2010).

When I install and execute desktop application on client machine which is win 7 64 bit,

its giving the following error.

I tried to downgrade sql server version and also tried for latest version of sql server (upgrade).

Still giving the same error.

Please help anyone has the solution.

You say you tried several things.
Every time you tried different thing, did you manage to clean everything up which was done before?
The last error indicates that.
The first error only means that you are trying to open a newer db in older version of sql server.

>> You mean to say that there is need to install the newer version of sql server on client machine? which same as on my machine. and will solve the issue?
And I managed to clean everything up.
