Expect a company from web developer ?

It really depends. There is no correct answer for this. But if you have worked for a year, in say, .NET and C#, and on Web (ASP.NET) projects, this is what I would expect.

1. You should know how to build user interfaces (clean) using ASP.NET and HTML controls
2. Should know how to use Visual Studio to all kind of work - Debugging, building, deployment etc
3. How to create simple database tables and stored procedures
4. Know about ADO.NET and its various controls in Visual Studio and classes and how they work
5. How to test your application
6. How to understand requirements clearly
7. How serious you are about work
