Hello you can export nd import data so u can use as your connectionstring Provider=Microsoft .Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=Book1.xls;Extended Properties=""Excel 8.0;HDR=YES and pass tht string to OleDbConnection. and after that you can create sqlconnection string and perform BulkCopy using sqlblukcopy class do that and let me know if you face problem then tell me i will send you demo for the same Tgnakg
