Extended Three Tier

Sir I have been Created My database (tables and stored proc).But still i dont understand the role of layers and how to make them and use them in my project . Please Provide Solution.... Hopefully You help me.

I have created a sample application with 4 layer architecture added entity layer for properties.
You need to create database and store proc.

Please refer the added code and make your website .

Dear Abhishek Sir, Actually I want to make a Project on Knowledge Sharing System(Like C# cornor),for that i want to use three layer architecture But I have a little bit ideas about it Thats why I need Your help .First of all i want to built layers like BEL,DAL,BLL,UI than i wish that i do code accordingly.So plz sir it is my Humble request to You Plz Guide me.
