External Component has thrown an Exception"

Hi friends,

I have create 1 crystal report.
When i am opening that report through application that report generated successfully ,but when i am clicking Print Option of crystal report viewer, its showing me error "External Component throws an Exception"

It is properly working in XP Service Pack 2 O.S but it is giving me an error in Windows 7 Professional with 32 bit OS

Plz help me out!

The report is working properly in XP

But it is only showing error in Windows 7 (32 bit OS)

If it is not the printer then you need to look at the message to see if it identifies what the external component is.

It looks like your printer is not setup right on your Windows 7 machine. Check the printer, make sure it is working and printing.
