ReadOnly : As per its rule a readonly field can gets changed at the time of instance creation(i.e in Constructor). Example : Lets consider a school project is going on Who is having a super admin. and can enroll multiple schools in that website... Now every school will be having "SchoolName"(Consider here as property). While creating an instance of every school we can pass the "SchoolName" property value(by the help of constructor) and ofcourse we cant change later taht value. School obj = new School("AbcSchool"); In the above "AbcSchool" is the Readonly "SchoolName" property. Static : Not allowed to create instance. While working with a project if we feel any common class which will be useful over multiple layers or modules repetatively, we can move on by making that particular class as static class which leads to save the memory too by not creating the memory in heap.
