Faild to load application

Hi Guys,

After our system admin processed some updates in the server now I'm getting this error when loading my application:

CS0016: Could not write to output file 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\cvdesktoptest\bd400d26\e617c1c3\App_Code.v7si8vgx.dll' -- 'Access is denied.

I already tried this with no luck:

1. C:\Windows\Temp
2. C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files

And go to Security tab, click Edit and click Add and try adding "Network Service" and "YourComputerName\IIS_IUSERS", from the Permission checkbox, click Full Control. Click Apply and OK.

by the way it's IIS 8, any help pls?

Sorry already did that prior to posting my question.

but I do have a qusetion in terms of IIS_user, when serching to add IIS_IUSRS in security tab (add-->advanced -->find) and typ in IIS ot IUSRS I couldn't find it and al I get is IIS_WPG, so How do I get IIS_IUSRS in IIS 8 so I can add it?

Do you have yourComputerName\users, user inside temp folder security users collection?
right-click the temp folder, select "Properties" → "Security" tab → edit
Select the Users, check "Modify", and click "OK".
If the Users is not in the "group or user name", click "Add" → Advanced → Find Now → double-click the Users in the "Search Results" → OK.

Run below command
%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis -i
