File Upload :saving file in our Visual code under one Folder

Hi i have a form with multiple html controls and with one File Upload coontrol.

when i was click on the submit button .. i need to post one object (object contails several values) and respected file name at the same time i need to save that file in VIsual Code => assets => Files folder.

 

Please can i one help me how to do this.Thanks.
